3-3-3, thats if u wanna turn into a useless muscle ball, you should always be explosive during the concentric portion, meaning 1 second on the way up, probably 2-3 on the way down, and dont wait at the bottom, gravity is a bitch so the blood running down is only gonna make your job harder (and more useless) the longer you wait

He’s been working out for a long time obviously and has been doing probably everything correctly. I dont think he’s ever used steroids. the reason he is so great right now is that he knows exactly what works for him and what doesnt. that comes with lots of experience

chin up = palms face towards you, at about shoulder width (works back and bis)
pull up = palms face away from you, more wider grip, works lats alot.
