    Not enough people look at the hand position in push ups.

    nice workout, but the in the kattable row exercise which is for the back u shouldn’t drop ur shoulder when u lower the kattable. u had to keep ur shoulder straight with the other shoulder’s level and fully extend ur arm.

    anyways, it’s a very nice workout that we can do at home.

    Great workout. I had never heard of an extended pushup before, but I just tried it and it felt amazing. Very challenging core exercise.
