In my recovery, I am eating about 50% complex carbs as opposed to 30% to help my body heal faster. I am also eating around 1,600-2,000 calories per day as opposed to around 1,800 normally because my body needs those extra calories during the healing process. I am also taking a multivitamin and drinking lots of water!

I have a question. What is your diet like while you are in recovery? Do you have to eat a special diet during recovery? Good luck!!

I think this is way more painful than giving birth. I got an emergency C-section, it sucked, but not as bad as people make it out to be. You already looks so well. I your stomach looks flat already imagine after the swelling is gone! Good luck!

I am at 172-ish right now. I gain A TON of fluid weight! I am hoping to be in the 150s by the time the fluid leaves!!!! 155 would put me at 18% body fat…so that might be pushing it, but we’ll see!!! Thanks for the compliment on the stomach!

Honestly, I a lot of the tummy tucks I’ve seen look HORRIBLE, but yours looks really really smooth, and even. I think it’ll look awesome once your all healed up.
