I´m not overweight more like skinny fat. I feel skinnier when I eat a lot. Like a lot of carbs and pizza than when I eat lowcarb high protein and a little whole wheat carbs. Maybe I have a really high metabolism or something. Last weekend I ate a big bag of chips and candy. The day after it felt like my stomach was smaller. Like in most cases, it takes some discipline to succeed. My Co-worker lost 6lb's in 12 days, and mentioned it wasn't as strict as some notorious fad diets. I'm actually journaling this on youtube, just to showcase my experience, and try to balance real reviews over marketing hype actually, for what it is, it was one of the most popular Diets ever to be sold in e-book format in 08.
