Hey guys I’m so glad you mentioned chest and arms. I don’t mention it, because it’s very difficult (at least for me) to get an accurate and consistent measurement of your arms and chest by yourself. Just a little 2mm slip of the measuring tape can throw your measurement off by more than a quarter of an inch. If you have someone else who can do it for you, that’s awesome, and I’d go ahead and include that in your measurements.

Craaaap. I knew I was forgetting something, the measuring tape. I’ll do it on Monday. Thanks for the reminder. I’m sorry, I think I missed it but how often do you recommend doing the measurements? Once a month? Once a week? Thanks!
